Data Entry Clerk II

Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk II organizes and analyzes data from ABF customer bills of lading and inputs the information into various ABF systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
• Meet data entry deadlines, and perform work in a time-efficient manner with a high sense of urgency.
• Perform typing and various other office duties, as needed.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.
• Interpret, organize, and properly input a variety of information.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.

Requirements

Education:



• Bachelor's Degree, preferred

Experience:



• 2 years prior experience with data entry, preferred

Computer Skills:



• Ability to type 40-50 words per minute, required

Additional Requirements:



• Ability to work remote.

Other Details

Work Hours:



• Generally, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday through Friday, with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Compensation:



• This is a hourly position paid bi-weekly.
